Why am I writing good vs. bad comparisons for various roles?

On various points of my entrepreneurial career I need to reflect on if someone is a good fit for their role or a bad fit – be it while recruiting people or holding feedback meetings.

In order to make my thinking more resilient and transparent I took the time to write down the categories for the role I am thinking in. As a format I got inspired by Ben Horowitz Good Product Manager / Bad Product Manager.

I am not saying that anyone is a specifically good or bad. I just feel that naming extremes (good / bad) one can more easily understand the scale I am referring to.
